Linksinfrastructure Concrete wants to treat everyone who contacts us fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Linksinfrastructure Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
